Our new free rental service for 9-seater van offers you a Renault Trafic minibus, latest model, suitable for many pourposes.

Group outings - Family holidays - NCC transport - Service for hotels and inns -

Small transports - Trailer towing (1 or 2 axles) - Shuttle for companies or business events - Shuttle for private events, business, or weddings.

The Van is equipped with every comfort for all passengers:

-Tri-zone air conditioning:

Each row of 3 seats can choose and adjust both temperature and air speed as desired, for maximum comfort.

-Individual LED lighting:

Each passenger has an individual reading light, allowing to optimize brightness without disturbing others.

-Double ISO-Fix attachment point:

if you have small children with you, no problem, two seats in the middle row can fit a quick-release child seat (which we can also provide if needed).

-Tow hook:

Equipped with a removable and lockable tow hook, you can tow either a simple trailer or one of our 1 or 2 axle car trailers, for car or goods transporting up to a maximum of 2500 kg, perfect for small individual transports, in complete autonomy.

-Integrated navigator and rear camera:

Not an unusual option, but not always available on this type of vehicle, they are very handy and easy to use even for those driving a minibus for the first time, especially when maneuvering and towing, the rear camera will be your best ally.

-“Long wheelbase” trunk with vertical tailgate:

Although it requires a bit more space to open compared to the classic two back doors, once open the vertical tailgate creates a covered loading area like a canopy, very useful in the rain for loading and unloading.

The huge trunk capacity also allows for small material transports or exceptional luggage loads for trips and services with driver.

Also equipped with a double removable hard shelf.

RENT RATES

- from 1 to 4 days €135/day

- from 5 to 9 days €128/day

- from 10 days and over €122/day

INCLUDED SERVICES

• free rent of the vehicle without conductor

• RC standard ensurance cover - NO KASKO available

• Tow truck available in case of crash or engine failure
• 1 day rent - delivery from 09:00 and return before 19:00 to the office; (fine €20,00 for each half hour late)
• rent for 2 or more days: delivery from 09:00 of the first day and return before 19:00 of the last day to the office; (fine €20,00 for each half hour late)-
• 100 km per day (extra km € 0,40 per km)

• fuel consumption; full on full, fine € 10.00 over the fuel consumption.
• toll, parking fees and eventual fines are in charge of customer (if not using a driver service)

EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE

• delivery and pick up offsite: € 1.00 per km
• driver service based on the distance: €1.00 per km
• wedding decoration with tissue bows and stripes included in the price (for wedding services)

DRIVE REQUIREMENTS

• minimum 23 years old
• driving license since 5 years
• safety deposit obligatory by cash or bank transfer - €500.00
